The Role:
Weβre looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join a busy, growing team π. This is a hands-on operational role, managing the end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments across sea, air, and road πβοΈπ. Youβll deliver a seamless service to clients, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly, and on time β°.

This is a hands-on operational role, managing the end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments across sea, air, and road πβοΈπ. Youβll deliver a seamless service to clients, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly, and on time β°.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle freight forwarding operations (import/export β sea, air, road) π
- Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents π¦π€
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs entries, etc.) π
- Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving any issues π
- Provide regular updates to clients and build strong relationships π²
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures β
- Quoting and negotiating freight rates with suppliers and customers π¬πΈ
About You:
- Proven experience in freight forwarding (imports/exports, multimodal preferred) π
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation π§Ύ
- Excellent communication and organisational skills π£οΈποΈ
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously β‘
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving π§
- IT literate (experience with freight management/forwarding systems advantageous) π»
