What You’ll Be Doing:

• 📦 Coordinating import/export shipments from booking to delivery

• 🤝 Working with shipping lines, hauliers, and customers to keep cargo moving

• 📝 Preparing and processing shipping docs, customs entries, and compliance paperwork

• 🚦 Tracking shipments, resolving delays, and keeping clients updated

• 🗃️ Maintaining accurate files and records for all shipments

• 👥 Collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-notch client service

About You:

• 🌟 Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is essential

• 🛃 Strong knowledge of import/export processes and customs rules

• 💬 Excellent communication and organisational skills

• 🖥️ Confident with shipping docs and freight management systems

• 🔍 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure

Desirable:
