What Youβll Be Doing:
- π¦ Coordinating import/export shipments from booking to delivery
- π€ Working with shipping lines, hauliers, and customers to keep cargo moving
- π Preparing and processing shipping docs, customs entries, and compliance paperwork
- π¦ Tracking shipments, resolving delays, and keeping clients updated
- ποΈ Maintaining accurate files and records for all shipments
- π₯ Collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-notch client service
About You:
- π Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is essential
- π Strong knowledge of import/export processes and customs rules
- π¬ Excellent communication and organisational skills
- π₯οΈ Confident with shipping docs and freight management systems
- π Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure
- π€ Team player with a can-do, solutions-focused attitude
Desirable:
- π Experience with both sea and road freight
- π Customs clearance know-how
