What Youβll Be Doing:
- π¦ Managing complex import/export shipments from start to finish
- π€ Building strong relationships with shipping lines, hauliers, and key clients
- π Overseeing and preparing detailed shipping documentation, customs entries, and compliance paperwork
- π¦ Proactively tracking shipments, resolving issues, and keeping clients fully informed
- π Analysing shipment data and providing solutions for continuous improvement
- π₯ Mentoring junior team members and sharing your freight forwarding know-how
About You:
- π Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics (sea, road, or air)
- π Deep understanding of customs regulations and international trade requirements
- π¬ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- π₯οΈ Skilled in using freight management systems and documentation platforms
- π Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- π€ Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others
Desirable:
- π Experience handling multimodal shipments (sea, road, air)
- π Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
