• 🚦 Proactively tracking shipments, resolving issues, and keeping clients fully informed

• 📊 Analysing shipment data and providing solutions for continuous improvement

• 👥 Mentoring junior team members and sharing your freight forwarding know-how

About You:

• 🌟 Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics (sea, road, or air)

• 🛃 Deep understanding of customs regulations and international trade requirements

• 💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• 🖥️ Skilled in using freight management systems and documentation platforms
