Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 (some out-of-hours work required)

You’ll play a vital role in planning and coordinating import and export container movements across the UK, working in a supportive, professional team environment.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and manage import container deliveries and export collections, including subcontractor coordination
Input and manage bookings using TOPS transport software
Communicate effectively with drivers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entry is up to date
Support general operations and account management as required

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years’ experience in container transport operations
Strong UK geographical knowledge
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organised and able to work under pressure
Experience with TOPS transport software (preferred but not essential)
