So What Does the Role Look Like?

Assist in daily transport planning and vehicle scheduling
Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely execution
Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details and address concerns
Support the senior transport operators in managing logistics operations
Help in compiling reports and analysing transport metrics
Engage in problem-solving to tackle any logistical challenges

So Do You Have What It Takes?

Passion and enthusiasm for the transport and logistics industry
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle pressure
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in a support role within logistics is desirable but not essential
