So what does the role look like?

Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s CRM system.
Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, company updates, and customer service best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a customer service or retail setting is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £21,000 per annum
