So what does the role look like?
Developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Understanding customer needs and presenting relevant plant machinery leasing solutions.
Conducting market analysis to identify trends and expand sales opportunities.
Providing exceptional customer service, from initial contact through to after-sales support.
Collaborating with the team to achieve targets and contribute to company growth.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s latest offerings and technologies.
Ensuring CRM systems are utilized effectively for sales tracking and management.
So do you have what it takes?
As the ideal candidate, you will offer:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, particularly within the plant machinery leasing sector.
An extensive understanding of heavy equipment and industrial machinery.
Robust IT skills, comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office suite.
Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a knack for persuasive presentation.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
A full UK driving licence is preferable due to the nature of the role.
