Job Description

Our client is recruiting a Key Account Operator based in Manchester. They are an established company with many branches across the UK which cover, Airfreight, Sea Freight, Clearance, and delivery.

As a Key Account Operator, you will be handling multiple types of cargo and processes, you will need to have a very strong focus on Customer Service, a full understanding of the Export Sea freight process from start to finish, EU Road freight Imports and Exports along with UK Customs.

As an integral part of the team, you will be dealing with all aspects of the job from start to finish, a normal day will entail handling Export customer bookings, booking Export Sea freight arranging the collection of cargo, maintaining relationships with customers, submitting Customs Clearances, managing EU Road shipments Imports and Exports to name but a few!

It’s a varied job, one which will keep the brain ticking no two days are the same in Freight Forwarding!
