So what does the role look like?

Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the shipping and logistics sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

So do you have what it takes?

Proven experience in a sales role within the shipping and logistics industry.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics processes and solutions.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
