So what does the role look like?

Provide first-class customer service to clients, ensuring their shipping needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, offering solutions and advice on shipping options and processes.

Coordinate and manage bookings, documentation, and shipping schedules to guarantee timely deliveries.

Work closely with internal teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure a seamless service is delivered to every customer.

Monitor and manage the performance of third-party service providers to ensure compliance with company standards.

Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with global partners to ensure a cohesive service is delivered internationally.

So do you have what it takes?

Proven experience in a customer service role within the shipping or logistics industry.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Strong knowledge of shipping processes and logistics.

Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in standard industry software.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

A problem-solver with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
