So what does the role look like?

– Actively engaging with new and existing clients to understand their rental needs and offering tailored solutions.
– Proactively reaching out via telephone to set appointments for the sales team, driving business opportunities.
– Maintaining and updating customer records in the company’s CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
– Handling customer inquiries and concerns with a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
– Working closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for client engagement.
– Contributing to team effort by achieving related results as needed.

So do you have what it takes?
– Proven experience in customer service or telesales, ideally within the logistics, truck and trailer rental, or a related industry.
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role focused on customer relations or sales.
– Excellent understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
– Proficient IT skills, with a strong grasp of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade.
– Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving sales and customer service objectives.
