LME Recruitment is seeking a proactive, organised, and personable Customer Service Advisor to support a busy transport and logistics provider in Ipswich. Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and drivers, providing friendly and efficient support

• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone and email, resolving issues quickly and professionally

• Manage bookings and update records using transport management software

• Liaise with drivers, operations teams, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations

• Track deliveries and collections, keeping all parties informed with regular updates

• Maintain accurate data entry and support account management and general office tasks

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (transport or logistics sector preferred)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong UK geographical knowledge

• Confident working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
