⚓ Coordinating vessel arrivals, departures, and port calls
🤝 Acting as the main point of contact between ship crews, port authorities, and clients
📝 Preparing and processing shipping documentation, port paperwork, and customs entries
🚦 Monitoring vessel schedules, tracking cargo movements, and resolving operational issues
📞 Providing real-time updates, responding to queries, and ensuring smooth turnaround of vessels
🗃️ Maintaining accurate operational records and updating internal systems
👥 Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

 

 

🌟 Previous experience in vessel operations, ships agency, or shipping/logistics (essential)
📝 Strong understanding of port procedures, maritime documentation, and compliance
💬 Excellent communication and organisational skills
🖥️ Confident with shipping systems and MS Office
🔍 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
🤗 Team player with a can-do, solutions-focused attitude
⏰ Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as vessel schedules demand
