What Youβll Be Doing:
β Coordinating vessel arrivals, departures, and port calls
π€ Acting as the main point of contact between ship crews, port authorities, and clients
π Preparing and processing shipping documentation, port paperwork, and customs entries
π¦ Monitoring vessel schedules, tracking cargo movements, and resolving operational issues
π Providing real-time updates, responding to queries, and ensuring smooth turnaround of vessels
ποΈ Maintaining accurate operational records and updating internal systems
π₯ Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

About You:
π Previous experience in vessel operations, ships agency, or shipping/logistics (essential)
π Strong understanding of port procedures, maritime documentation, and compliance
π¬ Excellent communication and organisational skills
π₯οΈ Confident with shipping systems and MS Office
π Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
π€ Team player with a can-do, solutions-focused attitude
β° Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as vessel schedules demand
π Strong understanding of port procedures, maritime documentation, and compliance
