What Youβll Be Doing:
β Coordinating vessel arrivals, departures, and port calls
π€ Acting as the main point of contact between ship crews, port authorities, and clients
π Preparing and processing port documentation, customs paperwork, and arrival/departure notices
π¦ Arranging pilotage, towage, and other port services as required
π Responding to operational queries, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates to all parties
ποΈ Maintaining accurate records of port calls and vessel movements
π₯ Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

About You:
π Previous experience in ships agency, port operations, or shipping/logistics (essential)
π Strong understanding of port procedures and maritime documentation
π¬ Excellent communication and organisational skills
π₯οΈ Confident with shipping systems and MS Office
π Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
π€ Team player with a can-do, solutions-driven attitude
β° Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as vessel schedules require
π Strong understanding of port procedures and maritime documentation
