⚓ Coordinating vessel arrivals, departures, and port calls
🤝 Acting as the main point of contact between ship crews, port authorities, and clients
📝 Preparing and processing port documentation, customs paperwork, and arrival/departure notices
🚦 Arranging pilotage, towage, and other port services as required
📞 Responding to operational queries, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates to all parties
🗃️ Maintaining accurate records of port calls and vessel movements
👥 Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

 

 

🌟 Previous experience in ships agency, port operations, or shipping/logistics (essential)
📝 Strong understanding of port procedures and maritime documentation
💬 Excellent communication and organisational skills
🖥️ Confident with shipping systems and MS Office
🔍 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
🤗 Team player with a can-do, solutions-driven attitude
⏰ Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as vessel schedules require

 

 

🌍 Knowledge of customs clearance and local port regulations
