About the Role…

🚚 Oversee day-to-day depot operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions

📈 Lead sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets, building strong customer relationships

👥 Manage and motivate a team—including recruitment, training, and ensuring health & safety compliance

🛠️ Oversee fleet management, including maintenance and workshop operations

🚀 Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational performance

The package:

🕗 Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm (1-hour lunch)

🗓️ Every third Saturday: 8am–12pm

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience in commercial vehicle rentals, with a strong background in both sales and operations

💪 Self-starter with a proactive approach and a solutions-focused mindset

🌟 Exceptional customer service—customer satisfaction is at the heart of what you do

🗣️ Excellent communicator—confident liaising at all levels

👔 Staff management experience, including training and a solid understanding of health & safety regulations
