Key Responsibilities

πŸ“ž Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person

πŸ“ Accurately process orders, bookings, and customer requests

πŸ› οΈ Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally

🀝 Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery

πŸ“‚ Maintain up-to-date records and documentation

πŸ’‘ Identify opportunities to improve processes, sales and customer satisfaction

 

What we’re looking for:

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or administration role (ideally within logistics or transport)

πŸ—£οΈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

🧩 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

πŸ’» Confident using IT systems (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.)

🀝 Ability to work as part of a team and independently
