Key Responsibilities
π Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
π Accurately process orders, bookings, and customer requests
π οΈ Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally
π€ Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
π Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
π‘ Identify opportunities to improve processes, sales and customer satisfaction
What weβre looking for:
π§βπΌ Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or administration role (ideally within logistics or transport)
π£οΈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
π§© Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
π» Confident using IT systems (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.)
π€ Ability to work as part of a team and independently
π Flexible and adaptable approach to work
