Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join their dynamic team. So what does the role look like?
Booking empty containers and coordinating logistics
Managing Vehicle Booking Systems (VBS) for efficient operations
Placing bookings in line with customer requirements
Maintaining accurate records of transportation activities
Communicating effectively with clients and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Assisting in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the transport process
So do you have what it takes?
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transport or logistics role
Strong understanding of industry standards and operations
Proficient in transport booking systems and relevant IT applications
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond immediately to challenges

Working hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
