” Preparing and reviewing all necessary export documentation.
” Co-ordinating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipping processes.
” Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
” Maintaining accurate records and handling data entry tasks.
” Providing excellent customer service to address any queries and provide shipping updates.

” Minimum of 3 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, specifically in export
operations.
” Strong understanding of export documentation and compliance regulations.
” Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
” Excellent communication and organisational skills.
” Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
