Job Description

We have a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a friendly company, who encourage staff to express themselves, share their opinions and have their ideas listened to. This client offers full load and part load trailer services and groupage shipments to over 25 countries.

They are looking for someone who has approximately 3 years’ experience within road freight working with either imports or exports. You would need to be familiar with this industry and be able to build relationships with customers and understand how to rate cargo, being able to speak an additional European language is advantageous but not essential.

On a day-to-day basis you will take ownership of planning routes, organising shipments, and doing day to day operations. Over time you will learn rates and be able to then negotiate with customers.
