As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of their services.
So what does the role look like?
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
Process orders and coordinate deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Liaise with drivers, warehouses, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, seeking effective resolutions that foster customer loyalty.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and company policies.
So do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or transport industry (minimum of 2 years).
Strong knowledge of haulage and logistics operations.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
