Ready to take your tyre and fleet maintenance experience to the next level?  We are looking for a confident, organised Tyre Manager to join our busy maintenance team in Felixstowe or Norwich.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of tyre activity across a busy truck and trailer fleet, authorising work, coordinating suppliers, managing breakdowns, and keeping costs and paperwork under control.

🎯 What We’re Looking For…

🛞 Strong knowledge of commercial tyres (essential)

🔧 Experience in tyre control, maintenance control, fleet admin, workshop control or service advising (ideal)

📋 Organised and able to multi-task in a busy environment

🔧 Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

🙌 Positive attitude, good sense of humour, and a team-first mindset

📱 Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

🧾 Key Responsibilities

🚛 Manage commercial tyre activity across the truck & trailer fleet (inspections, repairs, replacements) to minimise downtime.
📞 Authorise supplier work/breakdowns, handle calls, and keep customers updated on ETAs.
🤝 Liaise with depots, drivers, technicians and suppliers to keep jobs moving.
🧾 Process supplier invoices and customer recharges, maintaining accurate records and cost control.
👷 Support the maintenance team and work confidently solo when needed
