We’re recruiting for a Felixstowe-based container haulage & logistics provider delivering UK-wide transport solutions 🇬🇧. Known for a professional, personal service 🤝, they work with customers across freight forwarding 🚢, shipping lines, retail 🛍️ and distribution 📦.

You’ll support day-to-day traffic operations—briefing drivers 👷, monitoring live jobs & ETAs ⏱️, updating systems 💻, and keeping customers informed 📞.

✅ What you’ll be doing

Plan & monitor daily container movements and ETAs 📍⏱️

Brief drivers and support with live issues as they arise 🚚🛠️

Liaise with customers, depots and drivers to keep service smooth 🤝📞

Update TMS and POD/job notes accurately 💻📝

Prepare and manage essential transport paperwork 📄✅

Support driver debriefs and general fleet admin 👷📋

🔎 What we’re looking for

Experience in transport/logistics/container haulage/traffic ops 🚛📦

Strong organisation & time management in a fast-paced environment 🧠⚡

Confident communicator with drivers and customers 🗣️🙂

Comfortable using IT systems (TMS + related tools) 💻

Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure 🧩😌
