About the Role…

🚀 As Salesperson, you’ll help drive branch growth by converting enquiries, building relationships, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

🤝 Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships and repeat business.
📊 Hit and exceed targets through strong pipeline management and consistent sales activity.
💷 Negotiate pricing and terms that meet customer needs while protecting margin.
🧑‍💼 Represent the business professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.

The package:

🕗 Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch)

What we’re looking for:

🛠️ Plant + sales experience — strong plant hire knowledge, proven sales background, converts enquiries and upsells.

⚡ Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
🧠 Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating and closing deals.
🌟 Exceptional customer service—relationships and retention matter.
🗣️ Excellent communicator — confident with customers in person/phone, builds rapport, follows up and closes.

⏱️ Organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
