About the Role…
🎯 Drive new business across fleet, truck and trailer rentals, converting leads into long-term customers.
🤝 Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships and repeat business.
📊 Hit and exceed targets through strong pipeline management and consistent sales activity.
💷 Negotiate pricing and terms that meet customer needs while protecting margin.
🔧 Work closely with depot/operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent service delivery.
🗂️ Keep CRM records accurate and provide clear reporting and forecasting.
🧑💼 Represent the business professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
The package:
🕗 Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm

🚛 Proven experience in commercial vehicle rentals / fleet solutions, with a strong sales track record.

🧠 Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating and closing deals.
🌟 Exceptional customer service—relationships and retention matter.
🗣️ Excellent communicator—confident liaising at all levels.
