Role Overview
As a European Road Freight Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our European logistics operation! 🌟 You’ll manage and coordinate daily traffic flows—including FTL, LTL, groupage, and intermodal shipments—between the UK and the EU.. You’ll work closely with longstanding, high-value customers, ensuring seamless service and helping to drive growth on this key European route. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and supportive team right in the centre of UK logistics! 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

Run end-to-end EU freight movements (FTL/LTL/groupage/intermodal) 🚚

Be the main contact for clients & suppliers—build strong relationships 🤝

Troubleshoot fast to keep deliveries on time ⏱️

Improve processes to support growth 💡

Keep everything compliant with regs & company procedures 📋

Track loads and keep customers updated 🔎

Maintain accurate, compliant paperwork/records 🗂️

Support the wider ops team when needed 👥

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in EU road freight operations (FTL, LTL, groupage, intermodal) 🌍

Strong knowledge of customs processes and cross-border logistics 🛃

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills 🧠
Good communication and customer service skills 💬

Proficiency with MS Office and logistics software (e.g., Vincere, Onboarded, or similar) 💻
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ⚡

Tech-savvy and confident using TMS/CRM systems 📲
