🎯 We’re looking for a proactive, customer-first Customer Success / Key Account Manager with strong customs clearance knowledge. If you thrive on solving problems fast, protecting service levels, and being the trusted point of contact for high-value customers β€” this could be your next move.

 

 About the Role:

πŸ“£  Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building

strong long-term relationship

πŸ“ž Act as the main customer contact, providing proactive updates and clear communication

🧾 Support customs clearance (import/export docs, compliance, readiness) to prevent delays

🚚 Coordinate end-to-end shipments with ops, carriers, warehouses, and partners

πŸ” Identify and resolve risks early (holds, missing paperwork, delays) to protect service levels

πŸ“Š Track KPIs/SLAs and provide performance updates, driving continuous improvement and retention

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ† Customer success/key account experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipping

🧾 Strong customs clearance knowledge (import/export docs + compliance)

πŸ—£οΈ Confident communicator with customers, carriers, and internal teams

🧠 Calm under pressure; solutions-first in time-critical environments

πŸ“Š KPI/service performance reporting with a continuous improvement mindset

🧰 CRM + forwarding/logistics systems confident (UK licence preferred)
