π― Weβre looking for a proactive, customer-first Customer Success / Key Account Manager with strong customs clearance knowledge. If you thrive on solving problems fast, protecting service levels, and being the trusted point of contact for high-value customers β this could be your next move.
About the Role:
π£ Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building
strong long-term relationship
π Act as the main customer contact, providing proactive updates and clear communication
π§Ύ Support customs clearance (import/export docs, compliance, readiness) to prevent delays
π Coordinate end-to-end shipments with ops, carriers, warehouses, and partners
π Identify and resolve risks early (holds, missing paperwork, delays) to protect service levels
π Track KPIs/SLAs and provide performance updates, driving continuous improvement and retention
Key Responsibilities:
π Customer success/key account experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipping
π§Ύ Strong customs clearance knowledge (import/export docs + compliance)
π£οΈ Confident communicator with customers, carriers, and internal teams
π§ Calm under pressure; solutions-first in time-critical environments
π KPI/service performance reporting with a continuous improvement mindset
π§° CRM + forwarding/logistics systems confident (UK licence preferred)
